空压机节能技术,2018年重点发展趋势

    随着科学技术的发展和各种生产成本的上升,生产节能已成为人们关注的焦点,尤其是生产企业的方向。世界上任何一个行业都在采取积极有效的节能措施,其中包括空气压缩机的节能降耗。

    一、空气压缩机漏气及煤气使用的解决方案

    1. Solutions for air compressor leakage and gas utilization

    根据行业检查,螺杆空压机消耗的电能仅为压缩空气的10%,剩下的90%电能转化为热能。因此压缩空气的费用是电费的十倍,这大家都能理解。但我们往往忽略了这一点。在大多数企业使用空压机时,经常都能听到漏气的声音,这些常见问题大家甚至企业管理者都没有重视。如果我们解决漏气的常规问题,那企业可以节省很多能源。因此,当我们听到漏气的时候,我们应该要有意识及要有习惯去即使采取适当的措施。

    According to the authority of the industry, the power consumption of the screw air compressor is only 10% of the compressed air, and the remaining 90% electric energy is converted to heat energy.     二、空气压缩机节能改造

    2. Energy saving retrofit of air compressor

    空压机节能主要有三种途径或方法。

    There are three main ways to save energy for air compressor.

    1、采用变频调速方式,降低空压机电机轴功率。改造前,空压机的 压力达到设定的压力,即会自动卸下;改造后空压机不排放,而是通过降低转速来减少压缩机中的气体产量,维持燃气管网所需的较小压力。有两个节约能源的地方:

    1, adopt the way of frequency conversion to reduce the motor shaft power of air compressor. Before the transformation, the pressure of the air compressor reaches the set pressure, that is, it will automatically unload; the air compressor does not discharge after the transformation, but reduces the gas output in the compressor by reducing the speed to maintain the minimum pressure needed for the gas pipeline. There are two places to save energy:

   (1)降低压缩机突然从卸载状态到加载状态的功率消耗。

    (1) reduce the power consumption of compressor suddenly from unloading state to loading state.

   (2)将电机的运行频率降低到功率频率以下,从而降低电机轴的输出功率。以上两种方式均在运行过程中降低了空气压缩机的能耗,但空气压缩机在工作过程中产生了如此多的热量,使其在空气中呈白色分布,但长期以来一直没有得到用户的普遍重视,这并不能说是一个很大的遗憾。

    (2) reduce the running frequency of the motor to less than the power frequency, so as to reduce the output power of the motor shaft. The above two methods all reduce the energy consumption of the air compressor during the operation, but the air compressor produces so many heat in the working process, making it white in the air, but it has not been paid much attention by the user for a long time, which can not be said to be a great regret.

    2、集中控制方式用于多台空压机的集中控制。根据空压机运行的自动控制情况,根据燃气利用情况,在改造前将空压机的开孔数固定下来。

   (1)如果气体体积进一步减少,性能良好的空压机将自动停止。在(1)的情况下,空压机即使在卸货时也会消耗电能。改造后,可停止与机组数量相对应的空压机数量,减少机组运行次数,节约电能。

   (2)当气体消耗减少到一定量时,空气压缩机通过减少加载时间来减少气体的产生。

    3、空压机产生的大量余热完全可以回收、空压机余热回收是一种非常环保的节能方式,而且越来越被许多的客户欣赏。
